Forum Guidelines

We, at HeavenlySanctuary.com, are convinced about one belief which we consider to be more important than any other: The Everlasting Good News, the Gospel, is entirely about the kind of person God is. God’s character was revealed to us by his Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus’ mission on earth was to demonstrate that there is no reason to be afraid of God, because God is just as kind, gentle, humble, ever-forgiving, and never-condemning as his Son.

Further, we are convinced that God’s kingdom is governed by the principle of self-less love. This principle is diametrically opposed to Satan’s principle of selfishness and “survival of the fittest” which governs this earth. It is our single mission to make known God’s character and through the power of his love live out His principle of other-focused love on earth.

Accordingly, the discussion on our forum should also be governed by the following guidelines:

1. Our forums are focused on God - his character and his Person - and the discussions should revolve around this central topic.

2. The comments expressed on the forums do not necessarily represent the views of the HS.com team, nor do comments by individual team members necessarily represent the view of the entire team. We respect and encourage the freedom and free exchange of ideas, even from those who see God in a way that differs from our own. None of us have precisely the same picture of God, but as we each share our view of God we hope to come closer to the reality of the kind of Person God is.

3. The comments posted by the HS.com team represent their personal insights and perspectives and should not be taken as medical, psychological, or other professional advice. They are intended to assist others in coming to know God more intimately and should be considered prayerfully by each individual in the process on one’s own spiritual journey.

4. All comments within the forums should be made to the issues, not to personalities. Always remain within the context of "Love your neighbor as yourself" and "Love your enemies and do good to them". If in doubt about a post, read 1 Corinthians 13. If your post is not in harmony with these principles of love, better to re-state it or not to post at all.

In Unity,

The HeavenlySanctuary.com team
