We apologize for the outage.

Well, as some of our regular visitors noticed, we were down for over 14 hours today. The night before I had upgraded our gallery system and the install went flawless. I noticed a slight problem with a system wide setting and sent an email to our ISP. Two hours later they had broken our site so bad and restricted our access in a way that we couldn't even fix it.
Ben and I spent most of the day doing everything we could to communicate to our ISP that we knew what the problem was but they refused to listen to us. It was very frustrating, especially since I had only three hours sleep from the upgrade.
The good news is, through the funding that we have secured, we will be ordering our own high-end server and renting rack space from Tagnet and will be situated in a datacenter that is a major Internet backbone peering point. We will have fault tolerance, superior bandwidth and with Ben running our backend - a stable and efficient site.
We also will be adding loads of new features that will help enhance HeavenlySanctuary.com's community spirit (for those of you that have webcams - lookout!).
We only have a little while more to go before this move takes place, so please bear with us as we try and make it through these couple of weeks with quite possibly the worst Internet Service Provider I have ever dealt with, and remember, if the site is EVER down it will ALWAYS be back - and someone is working on doing whatever they can to fix the problem. Unfortunately, many of the problems are created by an incompetent support team who is contracted out by our ISP and as such, access and security restricts us from doing anything other then weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Thanks for being patient.
- Marco
