Welcome Scott!

We'd like to welcome Scott Bennett to the team! Scott is totally in love with Jesus Christ and is very easy to like!

Scott is an independent business owner who loves to play the guitar. His wife, Marli can sing like an angel and they both take pleasure in using their talents for The Lord.

Currently, Scott is writing a book, but click on "read more" and we will allow Scott to introduce himself!

Scott writes:

"I play the guitar and lead a praise team, my wife sings beautifully, and I'm an old hippy (I don't know if I'm bragging or complaining). I've been in construction since I was fifteen and I've been crashing computers for the last twelve years.

Those are my physical talents, but my passion is Christ and The Gospel. My spiritual gifts are discernment and teaching. I came out of Zionism because of a charismatic Episcopalian Bishop (Malcolm Smith) who was teaching against the rapture movement and presented a New Testament version of The Kingdom of God.

My wife Marli and I are two out of the four constituents representing all of Wyoming for the Rocky Mountain Conference. Marli is also on the Wyoming Taskforce where all the planning and vision for Wyoming takes place. We live in the middle of a vast mission field. I am head elder of the Gillette, Wyoming SDA church and my wife is youth director.

We love this church and have a personal ministry that tries to bring back into the main church those who have fallen into the snare of the "offshoots" (conservative and liberal ditches). We've had especially good luck with the Shepherd's Rod because of their Zionist tendencies. We also will be certified lay pastors in another two years and our dream is to plant a church in the middle of nowhere.

I'm about half way through writing a book on The Covenant. It draws a clean line between the old and the new and puts Christ in a whole new perspective."

Welcome aboard, Scott!

Thanks so much Stacie,

I first met Jesus when I turned 19. Every since I first believed in the 2nd coming I've wanted to be involved in the final work.

I remember hearing preachers say, "Look at all the signs, I'm sure Jesus will come in the next 5 to 10 years", but it's been 29 years for me. I pray that this is the truth that will truly set us free, the beginning of the end.

Thanks for all your confirming comments that draw me to Christ and His love. I enjoy reading your thoughts. I pray I can be a servant in this work and an asset to your team.

In Christ, scott
