Forum Upgrade!

I've upgraded the forum software to a newer version, and I will be incorporating a live chat system that will allow people to connect with each other without any additional software. Unfortunately, there was a small glitch, and I lost some of the formatting of the messages - so to fix it required I do some editing which has had a strange effect on the "new messages" dialogue box. So, if you see messages that say they are new which you've already read, I apologize.
